Return, Refund, & Cancellation Policy
All orders cannot be canceled or refunded. This includes made to order, orders ‘on hold’, and orders ‘processing’.
- If Your bank has charged You twice for the same order, We will issue You a refund for the second charge.
- If the item You purchased and received is defective, please contact Us at [email protected] with details of the product and the defect.
- If You did not receive Your order, please contact Us at [email protected] with order details and a receipt of purchase.
- If You received a fraudulent item, please contact Us at [email protected] with order details and a receipt of purchase.
If You were issued a refund due to an exception, Your refund will go back to Your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 30 days.
We are not responsible for any fees associated with the payment processing systems or Your bank transaction(s). All processing fees on the original payment will not be returned to You in case of a refund. EXCEPT for fraudulent or unreceived items. Funds for fraudulent or unreceived items will be refunded immediately, including all payment processing fees.

RevoFi cannot accept payment from a Cardholder for the purpose of depositing funds to the Cardholder’s account. RevoFi cannot process a Credit Transaction Receipt without having completed a previous retail Transaction with
the same Cardholder.
