Shipping and Handling Policy

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1) SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

The first shipment of devices is expected to ship in December of 2021.

Once We start shipping devices in December of 2021, all orders after this date will be placed on a two-week ordering cycle for batch processing. This will ensure that we can consistently deliver devices in an expected timeframe. Orders will be shipped once manufacturing is complete for the customer’s order.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you.

2) SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated in real-time and displayed at checkout.

  • FedEx International Ground

3) SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

4)CUSTOMS, DUTIES, & TAXES

RevoFi is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipping costs include tax fees from FedEx. Taxes and fees from FedEx are directly calculated from FedEx.

5) DAMAGES 

If goods have been lost/stolen in transit, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Once you’ve filed a claim, please provide your claim receipt to [email protected] as soon as possible so we can assist in resolving the matter.
