These Terms and Conditions govern your use of revofi.com and your purchase of RevoFi devices. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Purchases

All purchases are subject to product availability. RevoFi devices are manufactured in batches — see our Refund Policy for information about the batch system and refund windows. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Guest checkout is available for device purchases. Account information is handled per our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on revofi.com is owned by or licensed to RevoFi Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws including U.S. Patent No. 12,293,359. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevoFi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to conflict of law principles.

Software and Platform

Use of RevoFi device software, firmware, and associated platform services is governed by the End User License Agreement.
