End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and RevoFi Inc. (“RevoFi”) governing your use of all RevoFi products and services. Please read this agreement carefully before using any RevoFi product or service.

1. Scope of Agreement

This EULA applies to all RevoFi products, software, services, and platforms, including but not limited to:

  • RevoFi Link and RevoFi Link Pro hardware devices
  • Device firmware and system software
  • Phoenix mobile application (iOS and Android)
  • Phoenix desktop application (Windows, macOS, Linux)
  • revofi.ai cloud platform and all associated services
  • Raven enterprise AI agent platform
  • RevoFi APIs, developer tools, and SDKs
  • RVS Token platform participation
  • Any future RevoFi products or services

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, RevoFi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the RevoFi products and software you have purchased or licensed. This license is for personal or internal business use only.

3. Hardware Devices

RevoFi hardware devices (RevoFi Link, RevoFi Link Pro) are sold under the applicable product warranty. Device firmware is licensed, not sold. You may not reverse engineer, modify, or distribute device firmware without express written consent from RevoFi. Over-the-air firmware updates may be applied automatically to maintain security and functionality.

4. Phoenix Application

The Phoenix mobile and desktop application is provided under this license for device management, AI workload execution, and platform access. You may not copy, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Phoenix application without authorization.

5. Cloud Platform and AI Services

Access to revofi.ai cloud services is subject to separate service terms available at revofi.ai. AI inference services, including local edge processing on RevoFi devices, are provided on an “as-is” basis. RevoFi does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated outputs.

6. DePIN Network Participation

Participation in the RevoFi Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Network (DePIN) and earning of RVS tokens or USDC revenue share is subject to network availability, device connectivity, and applicable terms. Token earnings are not guaranteed. RVS token is subject to its own terms at the applicable token platform.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use RevoFi products or services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe any intellectual property right
  • Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to RevoFi systems
  • Reverse engineer RevoFi hardware, firmware, or software
  • Use AI services to generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content

8. Intellectual Property

All RevoFi products, software, and services are protected by U.S. Patent No. 12,293,359 and other applicable intellectual property rights. Nothing in this EULA transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN A WRITTEN PRODUCT WARRANTY, REVOFI PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. REVOFI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REVOFI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF REVOFI PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

11. Updates to this EULA

RevoFi may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of RevoFi products or services after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated EULA.
