SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY
Devices Only – No other Offering applies.
The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
Orders will be shipped once manufacturing is complete for the customer’s order.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you.
Orders may be placed on backorder without notice. RevoFi may inform you if the back order is more than a two week timeframe.
2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated in real-time and displayed at checkout by third party carriers and their integrations. RevoFi does not calculate or provide shipping rates.
3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, & TAXES
RevoFi is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shipping costs include tax fees from the shipping carrier via their direct APIs and are not controlled by RevoFi.
5. DAMAGES
If goods have been lost/stolen in transit, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Once you’ve filed a claim, please provide your claim receipt to [email protected] as soon as possible so we can assist in resolving the matter.
