Q: Is RevoFi proprietary?

RevoFi believes in using commodity hardware to fuel innovation. While our goal will be to have as much of our software open source and community-driven as possible, parts of the stack will be closed source as we develop the platform.

Q: Which country’s frequency do the hotspot devices support?

Here are the supported regions: RU – 864 MHz IN – 865 MHz EU – 868 MHz US/CAN/AU – 915 MHz KR – 920 MHz AS – 923 MHz

Q: Does frequency compatibility matter for all devices?

No, LoRaWAN Frequency compatibility only pertains to the Micro Miner-Founders Edition and the Micro Miner. It does not pertain to all other devices.

Q: When will my order be shipped?

The tentative time frame for shipping devices is late Q4 of 2021. Devices will be shipped out based on the order in which they were received. We will provide updates as we get closer to shipping devices.

Q: Which countries does RevoFi ship to?

RevoFi uses FedEx for shipping services. Please refer to Fedex.com to see if FedEx delivers to your designated country. FedEx Shipping Map: Fedex International Coverage Map

Q: Does RevoFi offer payment plans?

At the moment, there are no payment plan options or discounts available.

Q: Is the Micro Miner Helium enabled?

The Micro Miner is not Helium enabled. Currently, there are no future plans for this device to be compatible with Helium. However, we may reconsider revisiting this option.

Q: I already submitted an LOI for a Micro Miner. Can I purchase more than I reserved initially?

Yes. Please select the desired amount of devices when checking out.

Q: Can I refund my order?

Unfortunately, all orders cannot be canceled or refunded. Refer to our Refund Policy for more information.
