Q: Does RevoFi Offer Discounts or Promotional Codes?

RevoFi does not offer bulk discounts, discounts for any other purchase, or promotional codes.

Q: Can I make a purchase a with cryptocurrency?

Yes, we support crypto payments via Coinbase. To pay with crypto, select this option when checking out.

Q: What is your ordering cycle?

To better serve the community, we have planned two-week cycles for batch processing of all supply chain related cycles. This will ensure that we can consistently deliver devices in an expected timeframe.

Q: How can I update my account information?

To edit information, log in to your RevoFi account. If you haven’t created an account, please create one first. Editing Billing/Shipping address Click on Addresses Tab Below Addresses Tab, Click edit next to the Billing address or Shipping address Edit Billing and Shipping information At the bottom of the page, click Save Address Editing/Adding Payment Methods on File Payment methods on file cannot be edited, only deleted. To add a new Payment Method Click on Payment Methods Tab. At the bottom left of the page, click Add Payment Method. Input new credit card information. At the bottom of the page, click Add Payment Method. Editing Contact Information on File Click on Account details to edit First Name, Last Name, Display Name, and Email Address. Click Save Changes on the bottom.

Q: Will placing two or more devices in close proximity result in penalized rewards?

No, overlap equals redundancy. This means overlap from a Radio Frequency perspective will naturally balance itself based on the standards around WiFi6 and LoRa. Combined with how we specifically deploy network architectures, there are no penalties, only a .balance of usage based on RF load balancing of total combined data throughput and workload requirements. This will improve over time as the network technologies we are implementing will improve, and thus the economics will improve. The devices, storage, compute, and the network itself will appreciate over time as each of us will own and contribute to the network to improve it with every node deployed. Consider our Alliance program, where you can access many resources from us and our partner network to assist in the deployment strategy.

Q: How do I connect to the wifi?

When the product is shipped, we will have a mobile application available to download. Wifi is passwordless, and you can grant permission to your friends and family to connect to the device through the app.

Q: How will RevoFi accommodate different power needs for international countries?

At the moment, hotspots only come with U.S power adaptors. A plug-in adapter can be purchased separately and is compatible with the power cord supplied with each device.

Q: What antennas are included with each device?

With the Micro Miner, a LoRaWAN antenna and WiFi-6 enabled antenna will be included. With all other devices, only a WiFi6 antenna will be included.

Q: Can the antenna be upgraded, and can the antenna be placed outside?

The antenna used will need to meet local and country-specific guidelines for each transmitter. As a side note, you’ll want to ensure proper matching with RF equipment to the device, or you may cause damage to the RF frontend.
